Upon receiving the client request, we find a suitable supplier. M Trade has presence in local supply markets and hence we know where to look. We look for the best suppliers for your goods and shortlist them to a selected few to make sure that you get only the best. After finding a suitable supplier, we conduct a supplier risk assessment. We examine their performance over the last few years and also take into account the facilities at their factory, the legal status of their business operations, and their ability to provide a steady supply of goods/articles. When we are satisfied that we have found a dependable supplier, we send the audit report and the price quoted by the supplier to the client.
The second stage begins after the client approves the supplier. During this stage we run a design verification test to confirm that the supplier will deliver products of the specified quality. The supplier is asked to provide samples. We verify the samples and then send the report and the samples to the client.
Mass production begins after the client approves the samples. During the production process we conduct regular inspections and report to the client.
